 Crab xec xec -

Crabs are cooked in roasted spices and coconut paste based curry. The roasting of all the ingredients for the masala paste is what elevates the flavor of this curry and takes it to a whole new level

Pork Vindaloo-

Goa was the birthplace of vindaloo curry. In the 15th century, the Portuguese controlled what is now Goa and brought with them their Portuguese recipes and ingredients from the new world – the Americas.the name vindaloo is believed to have come from the Portuguese dish carne de vinho e albos or meat with wine and garlic. The Goans couldn’t pronounce vinho e albos and ended up calling it vindaloo. The name stuck.

Goa poee -

Recipe is a Goan whole wheat bun made with wheat flour, all purpose flour and wheat bran hence making it absolutely delicious. Goan poee is versatile and can be eaten with any Indian or Continental gravies.04-Jan-2019

Thai green papaya salad-

The green papaya salad was adapted from an ethnic Lao dish known as tam som.The dish combines the five main tastes of the local cuisine: sour lime, hot chili, salty, savory fish sauce, and sweetness added by palm sugar. In Thailand, it is customary that a customer ask the preparer to make the dish suited to his or her tastes. To specifically refer to the original style of papaya salad as prepared in Laos or Isan, it is known as ส้มตำลาว or som tam Lao or simply as tam Lao and the dish as prepared in central Thailand may be referred to as som tam Thai.

Pad thai -

Pad thai is one of Thailands national dishes and is a go-to for tourists who are starting out their Thai cuisine exploration. Pad thai is a fried noodle dish which is usually made with shrimp or chicken, however, the vegetarian option is popular too. Pad thai is available on almost every street corner and is a cheap and tasty meal.
