Willem de Kooning is a famous painter known for his artwork Women I. People found this woman's oversized eyes to be aggressive. de Kooning claims he intended her to be monstrous, but satirical and humorous: “I see the horror in them now, but I didn't mean it” his paintings resulted from figurative imagery that few of his contemporaries modern people could understand the depth behind the art.

In the West, contemporary Asian art is often seen as having developed in response to influence the world and to increase of new art centers around the world. This painting is part of the war that happened during the bombing of Hiroshima, and the U.S. military occupation. The art shows chaos and war among the people. The destruction, moaning, and sad melancholic sounds faced by the citizen.

This art is a work of nature and the beauty of human beings. It shows the beautiful creation of nature and its surroundings. The color used in the art has different terms and meanings. Youth, culture, love, nature, and the world.

The famous woodblock print has been used as an emblem of tsunamis, hurricanes, and plane crashes into the sea. Since its creation 184 years ago, Katsushika Hokusai's work, also known as the "Great Wave," has been mobilized as a symbol of not just tsunamis, but hurricanes and planes crash into the sea.
