 Many people think that YouTube is just for fun. Is it true?

YouTube is an American online video sharing and social media platform launched by Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, and Jawed Karim in February 2005. Its users watch more than one billion hours of videos each day. YouTube content creators, popularly referred to as YouTubers.

 In this modern society, YouTube is one of the   platforms where anyone can showcase their  talent   and earn money. This  platform is one of the best   learning platform. There are many great YouTubers   around the world. Bengalis are not   behind as   well. More and more people are jumping on the   bandwagon, and channel count is increasing day   by day.
 There are many successful youtubers in Bengal.   They made YouTube their career.



Kiran Dutta (The Bong Guy) :

One of the top Bengali YouTubers today, Bong Guy is extremely popular in Bengal. With an insane amount of 33.9lakh subscribers on Youtube, Kiran Dutta is officially the best roster from Kolkata. Often called the ‘Carryminati of Bengal’, Bong Guy is mocked for his parodies. He wins hearts with his wit and impeccable dialogue delivery. His videos are extremely relatable. 


Indrani Biswas (Wonder Munna) :

 Indrani Biswas, popularly known as Wonder Munna to go by her   blog name, has a huge following of 9.4 lakh subscribers and   comes up with entertaining videos which are too funny. She   joined youtube in 2017. She is one of the first female YouTuber   from Kolkata, India, who gets started making comedy videos like   in Hindi   YouTubers did. She is just 22years old. After Kiran   Dutta (The Bong Guy), she is now one of the most successful   young YouTuber in West Bengal, India.

Sourav Parui (iT Creators) :

Sourav Parui started his channel in 2016. He reviews all sorts of gadgets, from household to mobile to remote-controlled toys to self-defence weapons. The number of his current subscribers is 50.6 lakh. One could find everything in the 401 videos he has uploaded. He speaks Hindi in most of his videos to be understandable to most Indians.




Dipta Shankar (The lazyBong) :

 Dipta Shankar Bakshi aka The Lazy Bong is one of the fastest-growing   YouTubers in Bengal. His blogging style and reviews, as well as jocular   attitude attract his viewers with the tagline being “Stay High on Kolkata.”   Now he has 3.34 lakh subscribers in his channel.

Beauty Infinite (Payel Deshmukh) :

Payel Deshmukh created the Beauty Infinite channel in 2013. Today, it is not limited to beauty but has spread itself into lifestyle, shopping hauls and much more. A girl can find everything needed on her channel. She makes DIYS, vlogs, style, cooking videos etc. She is already killing with 4.52lakh Followers. 



Besides, there are many successful Bengali YouTubers, those who continue to showcase their talent on YouTube.
